All of these players had pretty steller careers but not sure shots to make it into the HOF....

Boomer Esiason - Went to some Super Bowls and had pro bowls but probably didn't do enough...just had a few good years. NO

Ricky Watters - When retired was sorta high on the list in yardage for rb's but NO

Amahn Green - NOT CLOSE

Sterling Sharpe - NOPE...didn't have a long enough career.

Vinny Testerverde - nope

Herchell Walker - nope

Terrell Buckley - nope

Andre Risen - if it is hard for Andre Reed, and Gary Clark to make it then no.

Drew Bledsoe - nope

Roger Craig - nope, wasn't effective enough as a rb...(yardage wise) more of a larry centers type guy.

Keith Jackson - some consider him one of the best overall te's ever, but not sure....maybe.

Earnest Byner - nope

Kenny Easley - cb? don't remember him.

Tim McDonald - haha i forgot about him...but nope.

Herman Moore - shit he had some big numbers...maybe. he started off his career slow tho. teams never won also so probably not.

These are the names I can think of off top.

This what i think.

Good picks!!

I also got a list of more names

Ken Norton Jr. - yeah he should go. won superbowls with dallas and 49ers and made it to a bunch of pro bowls.

Terrell Davis - probably not, career ended too quick.

Rod Smith - nope he wasn't flashy enough and started off too slow

Deron Cherry - aha i forgot about him. he was a beast. hmmm maybe not though.

Tim Mckyer - nope.

Mark Clayton - nope.

Pat Swilling - underrated definitely but naw. I compare his career a bit to Greg Lloyd of Pittsburgh...they had a few injuries and it slowed them down.

Karl Mcklenberg - nope.

Eddie George
- maybe so...he's being visible even after football so the judges may consider him for a ballot.

If his hands were so great he wouldn't of fumbled so damn much....Larry Centers and Marshakk Faulk had way better hands.
LOL this guy did fumble often! I remember he was known for it back in his college days too. Then he would go to the sideline and pout...was sorta a old school head case. Scary talent though because he was quick and really didn't lose alot of quickness when he gained weight and went to the Eagles.

head cases are different in this era, got the Ocho Cinco's, T.O's

Yeah Charles Haley should be in there... how many SB's did he win like 5? Also add Terrell Davis because without his hard running, Elway doesn't win back to back SB's. Plus Terrell Davis was a SuperBowl MVP, Regular season MVP (I think), and part of the 2,000 yard rushing club.

ok Tony we had this convo awhile back and I will say it again. TD will NOT make hall of fame. Yes I'm a Broncos fan, yes I appreciate what he brought for our team but he is not the sole reason we won superbowls. Sure you can say Elway didnt win until td, but what about elway didnt win until zimmerman, elway didnt win until sharpe, elway didnt win until rod smith, etc etc etc etc the back to back teams were stacked, and if not for a fluke lose to jaguars in year before could have possibly been a 3peat. compare that to the years elway lost he was the only good player on the offense side and had very bad defense on the other side, he carried the team and if he would have had any other decent talent could have won at least 1 of the other ones...oh well.

now more onto TD. td may have been the start of a couple great seasons, but he was also the start of a great string of running backs that lead the league in yardage for many years in a row. who are these great running backs you say?? olandis gary, mike bell tatum bell, Clinton Portis (ok he is good still but nothing out of the ordinary here in denver), ron dayne etc etc etc

see that hurts him was it TD or was it the system???

Terrell Davis accomplished things that some of the greatest running backs never accomplished (Eric Dickerson, Barry Sanders, just to name a few). I know his career was short but he was dominant in his short career and I feel an exception should be made. I mean if they don't base how long you've played to make the Hall of Fame then TD should be in there.

2-Time SuperBowl Champion
SuperBowl MVP
Regular Season MVP
Rushed for over 2,000 yards in a season
Set a SuperBowl record with 3 rushing TD's
Didn't he have like 9 straight 100 yard "rushing" games in the playoffs (which is a record)?

Terrell Davis was a beast and should be in the hall of fame period!
