this happned to me once...the bitch from chavez supermarkert gave me like 300 extra dollars AND gave me my check back...i pocketed that money and the next day cashed the check again next door a check cashin place and nothing ever happpened. although karma did happen i lost a watch that i bought with some of the extra money. still come up regardless. had like 800 extra cuz the bitch looked half asleep.

Yet every single crime you threw at him would have to be proven, and would likely be much easier to prove than this particular incident. They have no way of proving where that money went, they have no way of proving whether or not he ever received anything extra and they have no way of proving he didn't give the money back to the bitch when she came to his house.

I don't give a fuck whether or not this is a crime. The point is they would have a very hard time proving ANYTHING. That's all that matters.
