Why does it even matter that it's a girl?
Why should women get different treatment than men in the eyes of the law?
The law is supposed to be completely impartial and objective.
Once you are an adult:
You do X you get Y.
Age - race - sex - height - weight - politics - etc ;none of that should be a factor.
What is the difference between a cop punishing a woman different than a man vs. a cop punishing an African American different than a white person?
I think the two issues are getting confused here:
1) the bitch was a dumb cunt and should have known she was gonna get lumped up because--right or wrong--thats the way the world works.
2) The cop was obviously incompetent if he needed to mollywhop a 17 year old female to subdue her, and, as such, should be fired and charged with assault.

I mean if it was my daughter who got punched id hunt dog to co connect haymakers and stomps to skull... but at home tell her baby I love you but yer stupid ass better not get involved puttin hands on cop for no good reason again...

I work at a casino in the security department(although I'm transferring to egd tech next week). And we recently had some defensive tactics training, instructed by a police officer. So I know a thing or two about how to handle situations like this. And the cop did have the right to lay hands on the female. Once the cop has been struck or laid hands on in anyway, the cop can exchange in the same manner or which ever way to try and subdue the suspect. The bich should have just STFU, but nooooo, she had to turn it into one of those, "When keepin it real goes wrong", situations.
i dont think thats the case player.....too many fucks on here hollar "fuck the police" when half these cats aint never had an unjustifiable run in with cops......they might have got caught speeding or breakin another fuckin law, and thats their fuckin bad.......not all cops are bad...thats a pretty good fuckin fact........alot are pieces of shit and if a cop dies i always think "i hope he was a crooked one".......but seriously, chill with that cop lover shit player, some of us are just a little older and realists......ol' girl in black shoulda shut the fuck up and took a simple ticket instead of tryna sav it up infront of the homies........and ol' girl that got served a hot one shoulda chilled the fuck out and played her role.........
