i dunno wtf is wrong with siccness on internet explorer. i gotta install chrome on this shit.
lemme try to make it quick:
i think these older rappers are the ones recycling their skill set and experience back into the game for these younger rappers to have. so thats why i think some younger rappers should if anything show respect to the elders. the majors usually eventually hire someone in the labels to A&R, etc etc....the best bet are usually rappers. so you have people like scarface who become president of def jam and in turn sign people like ludacris, so on. dr dre gets signed, does well, signs eminem, who does well, and then eminem in turn becomes in that position where he starts signing people. this has gone on alot in hip hop and rap where someone who did well in the industry takes their earnign and in turn invests back into the rap industry. people like 50 cent help people like soldja boy secure deals during a time soldja boy dosent even have hit records....because they understand that rapping is like we said a young mans game......the football player in turn becomes a announcer because he knows the game...
so theres advantages to not dissing those who have survived in the industry to have some sort of plaques or credit to show for it...each one teach one...funny how raps really the only genre of music that dosent necessarily respect its elders
