Planning on applyin to Cal State LA. Can anyone tell me whether it's a good school or not. I know it's no UCLA but it's about all i can get into. Where is it in LA, Parties, etc.

i'm havin problems with this program. I can't drag layers and move em. like when i want to add little background vocals and need to plug em into a certain spot i cant drag the layer forward. The layers arent locked so i dont know wtf it could be. I'm suin Cool Edit Pro Version 2.00
