i'm havin problems with this program. I can't drag layers and move em. like when i want to add little background vocals and need to plug em into a certain spot i cant drag the layer forward. The layers arent locked so i dont know wtf it could be. I'm suin Cool Edit Pro Version 2.00

1ST OFF HOW ARE YOU TRYIN TO MOVE EM??? ARE YOU USING THE RIGHT CLICC AND HOLDING DOWN WHILE DRAGGING???? I DONT KNOW ANY OTHER REASON WHY YOU WOULDNT BE ABLE TO MOVE THEM.....
