Man, i've been listening to bay shit since the 80's...I bought Born to Mack the day in came out...yeah, I'm over 30. But seriously, we need the music to go in a new direction. When you get older, you realize that trends come and go...when Puff dropped that recycled sample dance music and sold millions but no one respected him, he let people know it was new era. He wasn't selling to heads, but he was selling lots regardless. Now, groups that heads respected back then...boot camp clik, smiff and wesson, wu-tang...they all trynna find work...while Puff is on MTV in chinchilla. I don't think fans understand what it's like to be an artist and try survive a drought...

Yeah mayne I am one of the older cats like you. I would say listen to it again... there are some songs that I don't like (white girl, yee) but some songs are cool. Number 14 like you said is bumpin... "They might be tapin" and "Do your head like this" are bumpers too. The CD might grow on you mayne.

BUT AT THE TIME WHEN GRIT AND GRIND CAME OUT, I WASN'T FEELING IT, MAYBE CAUSE HE USED RICK ROCK ON THE MAJORITY OF THE ALBUM AND HIS SOUND THAT HE BROUGH TO IT AND I WASN'T USED TO IT.
