the pats play in the afc east...easily one of the worst divsions last year in football...no one gave em shit for that....but now the titans are 9-0 people gotta make excuses....
fuck it...honestly...titans play A LOT better with a chip on thier shoulder...
Jax next week is a big game.....not the hardest competiton we faced but easily the 2nd hardest game after the colts game.....
Vikings, Bears and Packers are all solid teams no matter how many games above .500 they are...Colts are a great team that have done well after the monday night game...
titans are three games ahead in the afc race for home field....that doesnt come by default...Pitts is the clear 2nd in the confrence and got beat (at home) by a team we won relatively easy....
See, you're taking this whole ''chip on their shoulder'', ''us against the world'', ''haters'', etc. shit to the head. I wasn't knocking their accomplishments; it's not their fault the teams they've played haven't performed well against their other opponents. I was simply comparing THIS LEAGUE to the league Collins played against on the Giants.
Also, the whole ''we beat them who beat them'' arguement doesn't hold much weight...
Denver beat the shit out of US, and we beat the shit out of Kansas City, who promptly beat the shit out of...Denver.
Like I've said...if I was doing my own ''power rankings'' type of list, I'd have them at 2, right behind the Giants.
