People always talk about how Rodgers has so many weapons. Not one of those guys was a 1st round pick. That's weird. Ted Thompson is a weirdo. Jennings, Jordy and Cobb were 2nd rounders. Finley and Jones 3rd rounders. Driver 7th. Starks 6th. Apparently no teams wanted the best weapons in the NFL with their 1st round picks.
as a group they're the best in the league. green bay's front office has done a great job. we could say the same thing about jacoby ford, denarius moore, michael bush, wiz II, veldheer, and soon enough you'll be hearing about taiwan jones. all them dudes got passed over in the draft. now that we got a real qb, it's going to become abundantly clear that they shouldn't have.
I think you will about some of them... probably not Wiz II and Veldheer because they're O-linemen... but Bush just had something like almost 250 yards from scrimmage on Thursday... the media has already been jocking Denarius Moore. he's insane for a 5th round pick
Jacoby Ford is dope too. I dunno about Taiwan Jones. He's fast, but he hasn't done enough yet. I think some Raiders fans think he's better than he is. He has potential though

veldheer and wiz II have helped make our o line one of the best in the league. only given up 11 sacks(2nd in the league) and one of the elite rushing attacks in the league. every analyst that talked down on the d moore and jacoby ford picks has already had to eat their words and admit they were dead wrong. mike bush I don't even need to say anything. taiwan jones is just waiting his turn behind two of the best runners in the league. once he gets his chance, you'll be hearing his name plenty.
forgot to mention marcel reece, the most dangerous full back in the league. great in pass protection and run blocking. 6'3" 240, runs a sub 4.4 40, can run routes and catch like a wr.

the qb has great weapons yeah but the receivers has the best weapon in rodgers. you really think any qb can just sit back there and look that good even with the weapons around him? he's on par to be a hall of famer and one of the best the league will see in this era. only ones i dont see him passing are Brady and Manning and thats simply because they've looked equally as good for more years with no weapons at times. but to even be mentioned in that category is something special as is rodgers and the entire GB offense. i'm a pats fan 1st but straight up football fan a close 2nd and i'll always appreciate great football when i see it.
^i agree, you play this fuckin game to win superbowls not be a dominant regular season guy. not to say all qbs who win multiple superbowls are great, but most are. and not to say guys who never won aa super bowl or only one aren't great either. but those guys with 2 plus, with montana leading the pack, do have an advantage
