Lighting, 60+ mph winds and heavy rain.
This is the main reason y the game was delayed.....it was a huge wall of rain that hit and for Chicago to be hit with that type of rain fall it is very uncommon...n that was quoted from somebody who lives in Chicago, hence the rain delay.....NO they were not in any "real" trouble of the tornado hitting the stadium otherwise wot stillhustlin said about "rescheduling" said would of most likely happened again they got hit by an abnormal amount of rain fall that particular area.....

If it was unsafe to play a football game then why was it safe to send people out of the stadium to drive on the roadways? If it was tornado driven, then why was the game not rescheduled the day prior since the tornado warning for the midwest was given way ahead of time.

sigh

anyway
It wasn't certain storms would be that bad or even hit downtown.

But no it was actually a giant conspiracy where the NFL manipulated the weather in the first quarter so that the Bears could mount an unbelievable 10-0 comeback (lol) and beat the Ravens. Roger Goodell has actually invented a missle that the NFL shoots into the air which then can cause tornados and hurricanes (Katrina). Why? Because Bears vs Ravens was the most important game in life. KC vs Denver? Nope. The NFL was determined that Josh fucking McCown and the bears win

There was in fact tornado warnings in Cook county.

"Several rapidly moving, intense tornadoes, severe thunderstorms, large hail events and damaging wins are expected in these watch areas," the National Weather Service said.

According to the National Weather Service, a tornado touched down in Illinois south of Chicago. The tornado was moving northeast at 55 miles per hour.

Never said there wasn't in fact I was agreeing with what u had said in ur previous post and agree with this statement too.

From what I read and heard the nearest tornado that touched down was more than 50 miles away from chicago....I could be wrong but that isn't the point the point here is that was or wasn't the people in the stadium in any "real" danger of a tornado hitting them I said NO simply cuz I don't think the league would be the irresponsible and IF they were in any "real" danger like I stated before as well as stillhustlin it would of been rescheduled then again I'm just taking in circles here and bored enough to respond lol

Interesting......pix there DubbC415 @DubbC415

My take on it might be a lil biased cuz I'm a Niner fan but in all honesty I do think it was the wrong call ......I read an article earlier that read "officials give Bree's the royal treatment" basically summed it up for me....also I haven't heard a single commentator say it was the right call but wotever it is wot it is...time to move on

The witnesses said the driver of the BMW lost control and collided with the rear of a semi-truck, Hill said. The force of the impact caused the BMW to catapult into the opposing lanes, where it struck a Chevrolet Monte Carlo and then crashed onto a Honda CRV, Hill said.

Both Howard and the driver of the Honda, Zeng Long Liu, 64, of Hayward, Calif., were killed at the scene, Hill said.

dude was just released by the falcons last week. was doing between 100-110 and lost control
