I got another bombshell dropped on me yesterday, I found my wifes divorce decree from her first marriage and apparently, since my son was born while they were still married he is legally the ex's!! On top of that She signed primary custody over to him in the divorce because he bought her a car and as soon as the divorce went through, he yanked that car away cuz it was still in his name. So, not only am I paying child support to her for my son who isn't legally mine, but I'm also paying child support to her and she doesn't even have custody of him legally!!!! I'm going down to child support enforcement first thing in the morning and showing them this divorce decree. What yall think my options are at this point? If I do this, I won't have to pay child support but I also will not get visitation with him either, since he isn't legally mine. I will have to demand a court ordered paternity test but I can't afford that right now. I'm feeling awfully stuck.
ok I went to court yesterday, and I gave the judge everything from the checks, and the past divorce decree that states my son is legally her ex's, to texts on my bro's cell phone, and pictures of her and her ex together. THE JUDGE DROPPED THE PROTECTION ORDER!!!!!! He then stated to my wife that he didn't feel as if I was threat to her, and that she was a threat to me, and if I decide to file a protection order, he would approve it!!!! I'm not gonna file one but I am now working on getting rights to my son since he is legally the ex's due to being born when they were still married. I'm so proud of myself. SEE GUYS!!!! If you strive you shall receive, don't give up!!!! There are rights out there, find em' and use em'!!!!
Check this shit out, She came over today and started flirting and looking at me like she wanted some dick so I said "u Horny?" She said "find out for yourself" So we go in the bedroom and she fucks the living shit out of me and when it was time to bust, she wouldn't get up so I came in her, Then, about 2 hours ago, The police come pounding on my fucking door accusing me of raping her!!!!! WTF? I said. I told them what happend and how she is trying to get me hemmed up over this custody shit and how she put a protection order on me then the judge dropped it. I even showed them the pics of her and her ex kissing that I had taken and the police said I don't have anything to worry about and left. Now I'm sittin' here trippin' cuz this bitch wife of mine is trying to have me arrested for rape!!!! What should I do yall? This is straight up the psycho bitch in tech n9ne's song!!!! I'm fucking scared cuz they did a rape kit on her and found my sperm. If this shit pans out for her I could be looking at like 5-50 in state pen. I'm puking I'm so afraid. I'm fin' to cut my fuckin' dick off so this doesn't ever happen again.
Actually more Banks are leaning toward doing this. I worked at a bank for 3 years. Banks will label account holders as "Owners" even if the account is Joint, it only takes one owner to change anything on the account. The theory is if you trust someone enough to put them on your account with general axcess, then you trust them completely....as far as the bank in concerned.
I belive Banks have started changing the rules due to lawsuits. You have a hard time denying someone their money, regardless of what there doing with it or plan on doing with it. By making everyone on the account ( of legal age ) it keeps the banks out of legal responsibility if someone comes in and says , they took all my money.....because..they were an account owner as well.
