What happened last night was predictable..Think about it, whats the first thing that you remember when it comes to the Rodney King beating??? THE RIOTS!! Not the injustice, not the beating, not the cops names or what they did to him..You remember the store burnings, the ignorance and people like Reginald Denny getting damn near beaten to death for being a white dude at a stoplight during the riots..I remember that time very clear. I remember people in my school "protesting," leaving school acting a fool. And when asked by the local news what it was that they were protesting their response was..."whats protesting?" I dont know what's sadder; the fact that dude was killed, store fronts are being burned or the fact that the "protester's" ignorance leads them to believe that what they are doing is making a difference. Smashing car windows is sending a message to the DA? Shaking your dreds for the camera has the mayor re-thinking this whole matter? Laughing while u throw a bottle through a car window is spreading the word? What if the cop laughed while he put a bullet through Oscars back? I wish I was at a stoplight while one of you felt like throwing a bottle through a window. It would have instantly turned into a game of Frogger..Hella smashed bicycles..
