They should put in Alex Smith's sorry ass then. They just need to shake things up. The monotony is not helping them at all. Changes need to be made, and while I don't think Alex Smith will do any better than Shaun Hill, I do think Raye will change the play calling due to Smith's abilities as compared to Hill's.

Personally, I think giving Smith another chance would be a waste of time. If anybody is going to get a chance this season it should be Nate Davis. We need to know if he can become a good QB so we know whether or not to take a QB in next year's draft. I just think we need to shake things up for today because Hill needs a fire lit under his ass. That's the only reason I'd advocate putting Smith in, but after today I say if we're gonna give anyone a chance it needs to be Nate Davis.

i seen him in college and he was good there not great but good. And i have seen Hill and Smith play at the pro level and trust me he cant be any worse.

We need a new offensive coordinator, 3 new linemen and a better QB.
