i know that but curry injury prone, i wouldnt get rid of porter. porter is one of most consistent receiver the raiders got. moss has been injury prone . i doubt porter will holdout because of dollars he making . he is sold number receiver

If i was on the Recieving end of a trade, id sooner take Eric Johnson over Daniel Graham,
Yes EJ has had 2 hurting seasons, but look @ the numbers he put up when he was healthy, last years injury was fucking odd, 3 niners got the same foot injury, and it makes me think maybe it was what they was practicing on......
I think EJ got shunned outta public attention cuz he was playing on a bad team, and Antonio Gates was a newbie putting up numbers.......

Im telling yall, dont sleep on EJ

You do know that Graham is from Colorado? a hometown boy that played ball here his whole life coming back to Denver. Not too mention he has more of the skills Denver uses in a TE since that is the same offense he ran at University of Colorado were he was 1 of the best TE in college. EJ cn throw up good #'s yes but Denver's offense uses thier TE's different than most teams so I think Graham is a MUCH better fit than EJ.

Man Daniel Graham is killin' Eric Johnson. Eric has good hands but Graham can run after the catch. Didn't Graham catch Champ Bailey from behind and push him out of bounds in last years playoff game Denver versus New England when Champ returned that interception for like over 100 yards?

Yes it was Graham who did that, and you seen Champ was out of breath Graham ran him down....he's used to playing here.

the last 2 years 64 and 76 catches- that is consistent for number 2 receiver. but raiders did overpaid for him. i doubt the raiders will get more than 4 wins without porter. i hope he does get traded.

Porter was the number 2 reciever part of last year when Moss was healthy. But he started out the season playing mediocre and really didn't step it up until about halfway through the season when he got his first TD. He was the number 1 reciever in 04-05 and still didn't get 1000+ yards. If you've watched the Raiders the last few years you'd know Porter is far from consistant every week, and some of that I blame on the offensive play in general the few seasons.

As far as getting no more than 4 wins without Porter...you have to be kidding..Curry and Gabriel are not a downgrade from Porter much if at all. Look at Curry's stats in 04-05 and compare them to Porter's. If he stays healthy he's a play maker.

im not a raider fan so havent watched porter play every week. if could be worse without porter. curry could replace porter but its BIG IF, WILL BE HEALTHY along with doug gaberial. if were the raiders i would call porter bluff and see if really will holdut and then trade him next year or let play until 2007 when he void the contact becuase who knows if curry or gaberial will be injury free.
