if anyones still concerned, i got sent two claim forms for the middle of june and another one that ended at the 17th of july , and they said to turn those in instantly...im guessing as soon as you send those two back you mail the next one instantly when you get it too, since it streches past 12 days.
so looks like everythings almost back in order..and three checks at one time is exactly what i was sayin they should do
