ok so in my parking lot there has been this fuckin piece of wood, like a 4x4 and about 15 feet long, and its right up against the concrete in a parking space right next to the walkway.....anyways, last night i decide to go get popeyes around 9:30pm and i walk towards my car, and i dont see the fuckin board and somehow my foot gets stuck between the board and the concrete and i twist my knee and back while falling, i caught myself and did not actually hit the ground with my knee.....so anyways, i continue on to get my chicken lol, come home, told my husband (he laughs, fucker!) BUT, i fuckin wake up with a muscle spasm in my back and my knee is fucked too...my knee hella feels like it needs to pop but it wont and every time i take a step i have like sharp pain on the top of the knee cap.....so i go to the fuckin office to bitch at them, and the secretary bitch is coo and the manager aint there, so she tells me it would be in my best interest to get documentation from a doctor....so my doc is not open till monday and i cant get time off work to go...so i go to the emergency and they tell me i sprang my knee and back, they give me a shot in my ass cheek for any pain, and put my fuckin knee in a brace so i cant bend it and that i gotta keep this piece of shit on for 8 days...and perscribe me volume and vicodin and some other muscle relaxer shit.....................so do you think i can get money outta my apartments??

before you do anything, think of how you like it at your apartments. once you start any kind of legal proceedings against someone, they tend to get butthurt and try to do anything possible to fuck with you. my suggestion is to approach the manager with a calm demeanor and see if y'all can't work something out. also take pictures of the place it happened at in case they try to change shit up.

defy you know i got pics first thing this morning lol, also...my lease is up dec 31st so we dont plan on staying anyways....but what do you mean by work something out? like maybe write me a check and ill go away?? cus thatll work lol

i dunno but i feel like it could be for something, you know....to me it seems like classic text book you fall and get some ends typa shit..but i dont know shit about lawsuits so i may need attorney or something but those fuckers want half! lol......ima call the manager on monday from work........the doctor gave me a note for a week off work, i aint gonna use it tho

First question to ask is who are you going to sue?

Next question, what are you going to sue for? Hosipital bills, more? If more, can you demonstrate what losses have you incurred?

the apartment owners, for havin lazy ass half retarted ground keepers or whatever the fuck their titles are, for allowing this big ass 4x4 to just sit there for over a month.......and i would sure for hospital bills, all that..PAIN AND SUFFERINNNNG!! lol

haha....for real.....last year my mom got hit by sum dumb fuck and she played it off (she still playin it off)...she aint get hurt,but she wore a neck brace+took off a month off work and goes twice a week to a back specialist....long story short,two weeks ago,the insurance company offered her like 21 g's and her hospital bills paid.....she greedy like me tho,so she refused the offer.......attorneys pray for shit like yours to happen,and i think most attorneys take 33 and 1/3............SUE SUE SUE SUE SUE SUE!!!!!!!!

its almost 1 am, turn on your tv and I'm sure you'll see plenty of accident lawyers commercials.....it won't hurt to talk to a lawyer, they'll be able to explain what you can do legally and how to make the most of it...it might be wise to talk to one before talking to the lawyer, just as long as you're not being charged for the consultation and that they know you aren't appointing them as your lawyer just yet.
