man..I been trying to get join custody for the longest and they keep giving her 60% custody and I get 40%....

They keep on fucking with my payments though, not too long ago I went to Family Court to fix that shit, and they put another extra 75 bucks to the 450 I pay a month...

But props bruh, I like reading shit like this and because it does shed some light on my Child Support case...

it don't matter if you make more or less, it's really up the judge to decide who will pay..

When I 1st got put on child support, I was making more than my BM and I ended up paying a shit load, 1,200 a month..

Then I took it back to court because she was making more than me, and all they did was lower my shit to 800.

If you both live in different cities and where the case was filed, it will most likely benefit the parent where the kid goes to school and so on..

But then again, the Family Court is bias though. They used my felonies against me and from then on, I was the bad guy.

say if u got back with your bm then all that shit could end right? you can stop paying the moment that you got back together? and i never heard of 40% custody vs 60% i always thought it was 50 50 but with that does it mean if u got 40% custody you only get to see your kids 3 days a week vs the 4 days of your bm?
