how does that work? as in how does the court decide who pays who? does it depend on who makes more?
it don't matter if you make more or less, it's really up the judge to decide who will pay..
When I 1st got put on child support, I was making more than my BM and I ended up paying a shit load, 1,200 a month..
Then I took it back to court because she was making more than me, and all they did was lower my shit to 800.
i think its on whos watching the kid the most
If you both live in different cities and where the case was filed, it will most likely benefit the parent where the kid goes to school and so on..
But then again, the Family Court is bias though. They used my felonies against me and from then on, I was the bad guy.
