just look at the words mobb and hyphy...you can try and categorize bay music but are shit just slaps with good hip hop. We have always been shittin on the rest of the world in my opinion. The Bay is hard and Im glad MTV finally is showing the love we deserve. Way more than BET...

OK. STOP CRYING LIKE A BITCH! IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE MUSIC OR THE WAY HYPHY WAS REPRESENTED ON MTV THATS YOUR PROBLEM. YOU CAN COME ONTO THIS BOARD AND VENT ALL YOU WANT. MORE THAN HALF OF THE USERS WILL TELL YOU TO STFU! AS FAR AS I KNOW, HYPHY IS NOT A MOBB SOUND AND IT WAS WELL REPRESENTED ON MY BLOCK. ITS A NEW DECADE BRO. IF YOU WANT THE MOBB SOUND BACK THEN LISTEN TO THE OLD SHIT. I GREW UP LISTENING TO THAT MOBB SHIT TOO. LET THESE CATS OUT HERE REINVENT THEMSELVES. SUCCESS WILL EVOLVE AROUND THE HYPHY MOVEMENT. JUST BE PATIENT.
first off, you need to ease up on the shit-talking tough guy...i dont involve myself in internet name-calling matches. i didn't say shit about how MTV represented the bay. In fact, I didn't say anything negative about the hyphy movement. I said that these new bandwagon fans are gay as fuck, and if you disagree, you're probably one of the lame brains i'm talking about. if you grew up on the mob shit, you'd feel me when i defend it when some dumb motherfucker comes sideways talking about mob music can go to hell with all its fans. next time, don't pretend like u understand what people are getting at so you can act a tough guy on the internet...

music is tight if it sounds good, wheter hyphy, mobb, bay, south, la, east coast...if it sounds good tight...there is a lot of good soundin hyphy music, so you cant hate, there is still mobb music thats good... a while ago people were all about hyphy because it wasnt big yet, i think people start hatin because shit goes big time and they think they are gonna be called squares or fuckin nebies or some shit because they listen to something popular... any music is cool if it sounds good, so keep it at that

If you look at all the other MY BLOCKS it made the areas look diverse and well cultured or about they serious music grind. The one in Puerto Rico for exsample was hella clean. It showed clubs, kids, ghetto's, producers, artist and just the whole pride and history of Puerto Rico. The main thing people remember about our MY BLOCK is Fab takin his potnas chains off, the shabobalaboobbali shit and the word Hyphy. It looked like nothing serious was going on out here. Think about it, the show didn't even have artist like Goaple, The Team, The Frontline, The Federation, E-A-SKI, Ric Rock, Balance just to name a few. No disrespect, but it had NUMP? NUMP? It could have gotten a lil somethin from Big Von & Scottie Fox or Rick Lee and Mind Motion since they are a huge part of this "movement". I like Turf Talk...his part was entertaining, but I would have much rather seen somebody speakin on some needed topics about the Bay...not car washes and where he buys his t-shirts. The bay has been stuck under a rock for over 10 years. I hope we don't blow our chance to show the world what we have to offer by over playing the Hyphy card.

Umm...I would like to be the first to say Mobb Music can kiss my ass cause that shit is old and not whats hot anymore. Go to hell Mobb Music. Go to hell. And take all of your fans with you
and i would just like to say fuck the hyphy movement, it's yellow buses, condemning of intelligence, high approval of stupidity, and cult following of stupid ass teenagers who love talkin about thizzin and don't know what the hell it really means.
