My sodium levels had skyrocketed & I almost died from over salinity in my blood.

I absolutely LOVE seeds, always have... ate em since I was able to eat.

I seriously have to resist every time I see someone eating them, or see them in the store... its a hell of a mental addiction, but then again I have the most addictive personality out of anyone I know.

Hence the reason I can't / won't drink regularly, do drugs anymore.

i got the same problem with salinity...my metabolites get all fucked up from the diabetes bein outta control...then on top of that ima fiend for pork flavored top ramen soup...i eat atleast 1 a day usually, if not 3...i been on a soup run for the last 3 years, tryna put easier digesting foods in my system instead of hard to digest foods like hard veggies and animal protein...eatin the soup is easy, its cheap and its filling when eaten with something small like a half sammich or something...

glad to hear you are ok after the diverticulitus...that shit is deadly...be careful G

No super solid plans except chilling with some friends a couple of the days I'm off from work. I'm sure there will be plenty of booze and reefers. I was looking around to see if anyone worth catching a show of was in town but it's literally the first time in like 3 months absolutely no one is here that I'd want to see on any of the days I'm off.

Mother fucker was not on his meds or suffa & went off on a little ass lady doing laundry at the laundromat. He swung first, his mistake.

I can def. relate to the anger issues, put my hands through apartments windows, wall, tore off closet and bathroom doors on some rampage Jackson type shit. I'm still a young buck but I feel like as I've gotten older I can control it more so.

That hella reminds me of when some scrap ran up on me because he thought I was banging over in concord park & shop... Got em to the ground and was just throwing my hands hella quick... Fucking missed his face and went straight to the concrete and broke my fucking pinky.
Def. not the one.
