In the video Dana say they will keep Strikeforce "business as usual", whatever that mean. But he says Scott will still be running Strikeforce. but if history repeats itself, they will in time change over to ufc like WEC. IMO

Not neccesarily, Zuffa could always come to an agreement with Showtime to buy out the rest of the contract. Either way, eventually we will see a merge.

First rumors are that Mayhem and Roger Gracie will be the first guys to cross over. I know Gracie has 1 fight left on his SF contract so I'm guessing UFC will ask SF to put him on the June card like it's been rumored and then they'll bring him over. Not sure what Mayhem's contract situation is but they probably want to cash in on the Bully Beatdown fans.

From checking on twitter all day it seems like Melendez is excited, the girls are panicking and King Mo doesn't give a fuck.
