Eminem and bone thugs of course (maybe twista to some point), really no idea why someone would name somebody else. The rest of the rappers mentioned here maybe good rappers, but em and bone got WORLDWIDE legendary status, plus they changed the game (WORLDWIDE) in a very major way. Nobody of the other rappers did that, leave ur US country and ask somebody about Rich whatever, MC Brehd or Teck Ni9e. Underground fans may know them but em and bone are a label.
I think many of you actually come from the midwest and put rappers here which you consider as most skilled, seein all from the "midwest perspective", lacking a realistic definition of "legendary".

This is the best response here because it is from someone OUTSIDE the US who can confirm worldwide status. BTNH, Eminem, and Twista have that.
