LOL i remember that chit i was in the 8th grade bumpin my lil white L-Dog tape. I brought that tape at Eastmont mall one day when i was cuttin school!!The beats use to be knockin everytime i hear that song called "Slow Luv " by Doc box. I met Des from the Sons of Funk about 3 years ago, right when I was about to start putting together my project. I went over to his house (in the San Fernando Valley) and dude came to the door with a Master P- Ghetto Postage bandana, and had at least 10 No Limit plaques in his lil studio...all No Limited out. He was playing beats and had a few hot ones, but he charged wayyy to much for them, around 2gs per track because he was a "platinum producer".. I couldn't hate, but I definitely couldn't afford that. We were gonna try to work out a demo deal cuz he was feeling me, but I didn't wanna give him exclusive rights so I didn't do it..
I know at the time at least 2 other members from Sons of Funk were still living around Oakland cuz they came to my potnas studio to record ironically.

What Happend to YOUNG KYOZ- Spice 1 Presented Hiz first Comp "Black ROses" W/outlawz, SPice 1, B-legit, Lil Bruce, 3-6 Mafia, C-bo it was the album that had that C-bo & Spice 1 album advertised and he also released "the Ghetto made Me crazy" w/mac Mall, C-bo, Outlawz & more dude was featured on 187 fac, C-bo's Mob Figaz, KZo and he spit flames kinda sounded like Rydah of the Mob Figaz anyone got any info on this cat???? both albums are fire too!
Mar-Ski is workin out in L.A. now,Attitude released a local album a couple years ago,him,Mike D,and D-Good was doin alotta of local Cd-r albums a couple years ago.Mike D is still producin,hes doin most of my groups album,hes also doin shit for Mel the Mad Scientists new shit....C.O.P.S. was gonna do it big untill shit went down hill,they fucked with Roger (Zapp) before he passed....they still got a beat from him they aint released yet....i been tellin Mike D to release some shit,he got a grip od Dats.but he said hes gonna release a "best of/unreleased" album....
