yea like most they cats said before, when u first start it's pretty hard work but after you get seniority (30 days) you're backed by the union so you can slack off a LOT. Haha, well I work at the metro DC hub for UPS and we have the LOWEST service out of every UPS hub so I can only speak from working here lol. Loading is a bitch cuz u gotta scan every package before you load it but it aint that hard. When shit gets backed up I just be like fuck it and I throw it in without scanning it. My truck has the worst missed scans frequency on my belt.. the other night out of 200 audits I missed like 26 so yea. After 30 days as long as you don't miss no work you can put in ur letter of intent and become a supervisor tho so that's hella kool. They make a little over 2 times what us loaders make but they can't get as much overtime and they aint part of the union so it's kinda 50.50 I guess. I'd say the easiest job is unloading, sorting, or pickoff.. or sometimes foos get tha revenue recovery jobs those are fuckin chill. They just chill by the conveyer belt and scan some packages, check the weight, shit like that. It's nothing. At the end of the shift me and sum foos just be lounging for like an hour milkin that clock. But yea, once u get seniority you're pretty much set.
