Same shit happened to me in almost the exact same spot back in 92. I was playing Street Fighter with my bro on SNES and he whooped my ass in it over and over... I got pissed and said, "How bout some real StreetFighting!" and I started wailing on him... he grabbed some scissors off the desk and hurled them at me. They stuck right in my arm just like in the video. Weird.
I have had somethin go into my arm before granted it wasn't that big but still sorta the same effect. I work aroung cnc machines and I was cutting some hard metal once and had a carbide cutter explode and a piece ended up being lodged into my arm. It didn't hurt and the only reason it blead is because it hit a vein. They left the carbide in my arm because they said it wouldn't be worth digging around trying to get out. If you get stuck like that it most likely will not bleed that'z just the way it is kind of like a piercing and your gonna be in a state of shock, you won't be thinkin about the pain. If the timeing is right.....weird shit can happen. trust me...
