ask some of your friends if they can hook you up.
i was going to school i got by ba in sociology but wasnt working for like the last 2 years and applied for hella county and state jobs about 80% didnt respond after about 1 or 2 months and the others said i needed more work experience, i was like fuck you ive been going to school trying hard to get my 3.5 gpa and you want even more from me. i said fuck it hit up a friend and got in a sales job a toyota and after my first 3 weeks (yesterday) i was already at 2200$ profit in my first Legit sales job.
find a friend who can help, people posting on the sicc probably cant land you a job or even tell you anything important or helpful, shit half the responses have been sell drugs, quit or sell your body

Yeah...if I was that desperate, I'd take anything I could. Especially now; I have kids to take care of.
I knew a guy who was making good money as a security guard, and got layed off, and then wouldn't take quite a few jobs offered at him, because he ''deserved more''...

It's one thing to leave a job, when you have something else in place, as a fall back (or step up), but dude got layed off...fine. Get a job. Take care of your family. Nah...instead he sat around barking about how he ''deserved better'', and ''wouldn't settle'' for less than he was making before.
