shit i wish i could quit though but fuck
i need to pay those bills!
my funky ass job gets in the way of me going to interviews...i mean theres only so many times i can call in....which i havent by the way only cause its like shit these bitches refuse to not let me go in at such a short notice....anyway.....this shit is stressing me out so fucking bad cause i hella want to not work there anymore...its like im destined to be stuck there for the rest of my life....
i do but like they usully want us to let them know like 2 weeks ahead of time what days i want
and its like how do i know thats when imma get an interview
this last week i got called for an interview they were like can u come in tomorrow at 4 i was like im gonna ask to leave early ill call u back in a couple of minutes
my supervisor said cool
i called they were like oh we filled that time slot.
i was like damn, i said iw as gonna call back
why even tell me its cool to call back if fucking u gonna blow me off anyway
and its like how do i know thats when imma get an interview

tell them its a family emergency if you have an interview. If you hate your job so much, why are you worried about losing it? At worse u find a job thats just as shitty, but chances are u will find a better one.
Your job dont give a shit about you, why give a shit about them? They dont give a fuck what ur going through when u need the time? So reverse it and tell them to fuck off if they need you. its a 2 way street and employee appreciation is key to a low turnover rate.

U need to make it known to a possible employer that you are currently employed. 9 times out of 10 they'll work with you so that you can come in on your day off etc...
