The album push backs make me laugh. How are u gonna rap about makin all this money and rap about how u hard as fuck and will shoot the earth off the universe and then when ur album is supposed to drop, it gets pushed back? And then blame it on the record labels saying that the money aint right or whatever the reason is. U gangsta right? U got all this money? Haha. I think people are just now starting to see that most rappers are fulla doo-doo. Thats y shit aint sellin. Plus the downloads as well. peace

Label really do be fuccing the artists in everyway with censorship and poor promotion. I mean when rappers say that they want to release an album when they say they do. It's the label that saying OH WE CAN"T RELEASE THE ALBUM YET. WHICH USUALLY MEANS YOUR ALBUM IS TOO BLACC ENOUGH OR TOO REAL. SO GO BACC IN THE STUDIO AND WATER IT DOWN OR WE WILL NEVER PUT THE ALBUM OUT.

If its taken this long and/or pushed back release dates for people to finally catch on that alot fo rappers are full of it, I feel sorry for them.

although I fail to see how a pushed back release date makes you less "gangsta"

Maybe the "artist" should check with his master, I mean the label, before predicting a release date then he wont look like a dumbass when it gets "pushed back."

Dr.Dre hasnt pushed his album back you dumbass^ He hasnt even given a distinct date of when it drops...Anticipation is the best way to get your C.D. to sell....Detox = Most anticipated album in Hip-Hop.

and i doubt it would be that great, it was supposed to be the shit, but he sold all the tracks to game for his album
which the tracks didnt seem that great,

its been getting pushed back since 2003 or 2002,

Theres many legitamate reasons a album is pushed back. Sample clearences, label not happy with the material, waitin for guest appearences to be cleared, not a strong single or buzz, distribution issues, promo errors, artwork being completed, budget issues and most of all TIMING.

Timing is the key to everything

Like I said in my other post...Anticipation is the best way to sell...Trust me...I will be buying this damn album if it drops and I guarantee you and everyone else will cop this shit.

I must be out of the loop. When did Dre's album become the most anticipated......?

How many years have we been hearing about this album? I treat this shit like I treat a new Brotha Lynch CD. If we get one, cool. If not, oh well. Its their money their losing
