I woulda agreed if you listed those albums in reverse! I personally think Quinn showed some growth on this one and put out a complete album. I can see a higher replay value in this one than in any of his other albums post-Getlow. Good features, crisp production, and the first Quinn album that got pushed back/delayed but did not disappoint when it dropped. There's a couple songs I skip but they might grow on me. Betcha my ass will be at Best Buy when this shit drops!
I swear some of you people in here are idiots. Of course 40's album is going to sound a certain way. He's actually trying to appeal to the entire country, while Quinn is only going to be heard by mostly Ca and maybe a couple of states. Both albums are nice.
both albums are slap, who cares if 40 water got a few tracks for the ladys or the radio, the other tracks are fuckin slap. The beats are ridicolous, and the mob sounding sounds are amazing.
the more i listen to this album it's like breathin fresh air with all the bullshit pollutin the air waves...major props to quinn for this one. wish that man all the success wit this one!
Quinn came wid it..best album i heard since turf talk west coast vaccine...i wish every bay artist dropped a cd like this 1...str8 up classic..big ups for Quinn keep doin ur thang mayn..i think its better then his last cd to..which was also another classic..
HELL YEAH I agree 100% wit the thread starter. This shit is Quinn at his best. Is it me, or did Quinn send a few shots to a few niggas on "Boy to a Man (Intro)." Lol he called Gucci and Jeezy weak, and said Phat Rat stole Ya Boy from the Bay and is kissing The Game's ass.
