Im filipino and i can tell ya that this guy isnt dancing.

He is just doing a reenactment of how to cook adobo in the kitchen.

The arm waving is a good technique to even out the soy sauce and vinegar

My uncles were big on breakin' and poppin' back in the day in East Side San Jose

They won the west coast title for breaking back in the 80's they were supposed to go against Rock Steady Crew but Rock Steady never accepted the challenge.
