I lift weights... and when you want to gain muscle you have to eat a lot of food
I eat a meal almost every 2-3 hours and drink a protein shake before I go to sleep
and I have a slight six pack (I got a little lightweight layer of fat over my stomach... but you can still see my abs... and I can burn it quick if I bump up the cardio)
if you work out hard enough and eat MOSTLY healthy food you won't get fat... you'll get yoked
