I wouldn't even put him (Floyd) in the top 20 or so all time, even with a win tonight. There's no way in hell I'd put him in front of Sugar Ray Robinson, Henry Armstrong, Joe Louis, or even Roy Jones jr., Roberto Duran, Sugar Ray Leonard, etc. Yeah, he's p4p number 1 and dominating the competition but so did Roy Jones Jr. not too long ago, who didn't really lose until he was 35 in his 50th or 51st fight. (minus the dq loss vs. Montell Griffin).
Ok, ok, you guys have made me look young and foolish for saying that, I take it back for now.

45 minutes til the fight!

It's just his character.
I agree....
But he's contradicting himself.

Once on the Best Damn Sports Show he was asked if Oscar was a great fighter. He said that Oscar is a good fighter and you can only judge greatness after your career.

I was like, that's a noble thought.
Now look at him claiming to be the greatest after beating an aging Hernandez, a good Corrales (his biggest win IMO), an aging Gatti, a mediocre Judah, and a game Baldomir.
I say beat De La Hoya, only then we can talk about his place in boxing history....
