I think whats going to take the bay to new height is the new music thats not hyphy. Hyphy is tight, but it will get old. The artists that emerge who are more than just hyphy will last and will become icons of the bay scene.

go listen to some e-40,too short, dru down, spice 1,celly cel,2pac from the early 90's and compare them to the new bay and you'll see a difference. The sound has changed over the past 7-15 years. The sound use to be more gangsta.I dont even consider most stuff from the bay gangsta anymore.Yea its the same niggaz droppin' albums but there sound has changed.how old are you????because theres a huge difference between the old bay and new bay.

Old Bay. That new bay aint nothing interesting to me... it just sounds like the others regions of the states. Quinn is a vet but he can be considered as the father of the New Bay imo.

Thats what I was going to ask.

What you consider San Quinn in? Old Bay? New Bay?

And don't say both.
