Experience does equal composure for the most part and is especially important to a developing player but it's not the only factor in development. You probably got cats who've been in the league for years who can't crack a lineup because they can't remember how to run the plays, or fall asleep on defense, or turn the ball over, etc... Has nothing to do with composure. You can be as composed as Fedor but if you can't keep your mind from wandering then you will ride pine.
To me, there isn't a magic button that fixes Randolph's situation. Nellie may be behind the times but damn, it aint even the All-Star break yet and cats is actin like if Randolph doesn't get run RIGHT NOW, he'll never develop into anything. What happens if he gets all the run in the world and still struggles?
Again, look at how consistent Morrow has been when he gets run and compare it to how consistent Randolph has been when he gets run and you'll see why Morrow gets more run (not taking into consideration they play different positions)
And you trippin, Maggette is better off the bench. If Monta can get back, and the team runs from jump, bringin Maggette off the bench to change the pace (to me) is a good thing to keep the other team off balance. Not saying they can't run with him in the game, but you have to use him to his strength which is getting to the foul line. This slows the game down which is a direct contrast to what the Ws are supposed to be about.
