Obie Trice: "Producer, not as far as like, you know, producing beats. I'm not into the production of just the production of music. I don't have the ear for that, I respect producers as... that's you. You grew up, loving, making beats, you do you. But I can see myself producing movies..."

PP2G: What do you want to achieve before you stop?
Obie Trice: "I just want to go down in the history of hiphop world as someone that brought you good music. I don’t necessarily have to be THAT guy... I just want you to know he brought you good music and handled his business. And If I'm that guy, then I'm that guy in your eyes, you know I'm saying? I'm not cocky in a way where I feel like I gotta be 'that' dude. So I brought you good music because I love hiphop, I love the culture, I love what it's all about."
PP2G: So what are you going to do when you quit?
Obie Trice: "Crack my piggy bank open and branch off into some other shit. Who knows? But in the meantime I'mma ride this motherfucker 'till the wheels fall off!"

Obie Trice: "Yeah, I just did a song with 2Pac, it's called 'Hennessy'! Me and 2Pac going back and forth... I had the privilege..."

And I'm really excited about it, having the opportunity to be on a track with Tupac Shakur as a new artist, as a debut artist coming to the world I had the opportunity to rap with 'Pac."
