that sucks for you...i gotten close to getting fired....for sexual harrasment me and my buddy.....shit sucks cuz my own aunt snitched on me....we would all crack dirty jokes and talk about bitches we would mess with and all...even my crazy bitch aunt would talk dirty to lol...but one day we were clowning on sharpie eye brows lol...and my aunt reported us cuz she thought we were ripping her...all bullshit tho..

did you have any ethics training within the company? was it clear that this sort of behavior was against company policy? especially if no one said you were harassing them I dont believe you should be fired for this at all. Definately they could be vaild with some sort of punishment but to be let go on a first offense is a stretch. If they do let you go I would see a lawyer if they try to not give you that bonus. You could get that plus other damages cuz that is BS if no one complained of harassment
They have an ethics hotline and it's total BS actually. Someone could literally call in anonymously and say they were offended by how I said "hi, good morning" and it could be a HR violation.
The internet policy is extremely open ended. It says basically to not abuse the internet and should be used for work only but most everyone uses it for whatever. Checkin out ESPN, TMZ, Yahoo etc... But if someone were to complain about how much you were on the internet, you could be in trouble for that. It's really stupid.

Just got the verdict yesterday. I'm on a "final" written warning for a year. Walking a pretty thin line and just about anyone could say they are offended at something I said which is all subjective and I could get fired for it. I'm trying to hold on til late april when I can quit before my finals start for school and just go to school full time.
Me, 3 other dudes got final warnings. Multiple other people got a notch below of that and were written up. Some just for opening one of those emails. Pretty gay
