might be gettin fired from my job

shit happened to me about 2 yrs ago, county job. I was called in to the office by the regional manager & he said you need to contact your union & you have a meeting on Friday at 2pm, I asked what is it regarding & the manager said I can't talk about until you have your union. At that point I figured i was fired. Union ask if I use my computer for non related shit like the internet etc, of course I did. I was always on the siccness & other websites, not to mention bullshit ass emails where we would clown people etc. So finally I met up with HR with my union besides me, they had every email I sent out where we talked about big tits & ass & how I wanted to smash one of my clients in the face hahaha....HR lady asked did you visit siccness.net (on my mom!) i was like yes, at that point I figured I was gone, I admitted to everything & just said it was down time, i was all caught up & that's why I was online etc. Luckily for me, I really was all caught up & always got my shit done. HR lady & manager said thanks for being honest, we'll get back to you in a lil bit. about 3 weeks later, manager called me in to his office & I just got written up. thank god. The other homie that was in the emails also was suspended for 15 days with no pay. Cool Story bro
SHIT FOOL THEY TRIED TO REPRIMAND ME FOR INTERNET USAGE...AFTER COMPARING MY TIMESHEETS WITH THE IT'S REPORT...THEY WERE SAYING I WAS ON THE NET ON DAYS I WASNT EVEN THERE...THE DIRECTOR OF OUR AGENCY OVERTURNED IT AND I FILED A GRIEVANCE...RIGHT NOW THE DEPARTMENT OF FAIR HOUSING AND EMPLOYMENT IS CONDUCTING AN INVESTIGATION...LETS SEE WHAT HAPPENS
I understand the concern with being on the internet too much and all that but I managed my team (I was a dispatcher until a couple weeks ago) better and more efficiently than almost everyone in that office. We have statistics to prove it and all that, but that won't even matter.
I'm beginning to really hate corporate jobs.
The crazy thing is, I'm not even trippin off it really. I just don't wanna be fired for something that stupid cause it'll affect the next job I apply for.
I had been praying that God would give me opportunities where He sees fit and close doors if He didn't want me to go a certain way etc... and out of nowhere after 3+ years, I might be getting fired from my job. lol
I'm actually goin to school on my GI Bill and I'm literally getting pair to go to school and I was gonna quit my job next January anyways but I still don't wanna go out like this.

Homie, people get fired on the daily... You're trippin way too hard. If it happens, file for unemployment so you can try to keep up on your bills and start looking for a new job. Sitting around havin a pity party isnt going to help your situation. Keep your head up and keep it movin.

Its an unfortunate situation right now, but it seems like it might work out good for ya. I've had alot of issues with work the last year with different companies layin me off...all I can tell ya is to throw the negativity out the window and do all you can do, for you and your family.
