might be gettin fired from my job

he probably can't get unemployment since he was fired... and not laid off
he can TRY to get it... but it's gonna be a pain in the ass, and more than likely he won't be able to
but I say fuck unemployment anyways
I was on that shit for too long... it's cool for a few months... then you start feeling like a piece of shit... I'm honestly much happier now working full time... and not just because I'm getting twice as much money as I was on unemployment... but because I don't feel like a worthless waste of flesh rotting away from a lack of productivity

They said they had me on "6 counts of violating the internet and computer policy and at least 1 on conduct" I would honestly say there isn't a person in that office that couldn't be considered guilty of it like Rasan said. We all send personal emails and stuff which is a violation for most companies. It is what it is but it's still stupid to me. I would be better off if they just made it to where we couldn't get online altogether.
I hated that fucking job. I was getting minimum wage. My shift started at 3am and ended at 8am, I had class after that. I would always fall asleep in class. It was my freshman year in college now that I remember. I was kinda glad they got rid of me. I got fired 'cause I decided to go home "sick" without telling the manager, fuck that guy...I was really tired, so that's why.

all that good shit, a job is a fucking job. people take shit too fucking serious. jobs will use you til they need you then shit on you!!
my pops worked for his modular home building company for 37 plus years and they fired his ass. for nothing, work was getting a lil slow-and he made more than some new cats, so they kept them to pay them less.
and it's HELLA better to get fired than to quit your job!!! you cant even get unemployment here if you quit, you HAVE to get fired or be a damn good reason why you quit.

ideally you'd like to be able use former managers as references... and if they ask "Reason for leaving" you don't wanna write down "they saw pictures of areolas on my computer while I was browsing an gangster rap internet forum"
although I've heard a lot of managers won't even say shit about you, unless you're actually listing them as a reference maybe... but if you're just listing their name as a former supervisor on an application they'll just confirm whether or not you worked... not sure how true it is
but yeah, if you're gonna try to get unemployment just say you were unjustly fired because everyone there violated internet policy"
they're gonna get your side of the story, then they're gonna contact your employer, your employer will give his/her side of the story, and they'll make a decision
my dad owns his own small business, he's had some shitty ass employees that he fired, they filed for unemployment, the EDD office called him, he gave his side of the story and the employee got denied UI benefits..
good luck though man... it's worth a shot, but don't depend on it
