sounds to me the only reasonable thing to do is bounce out with all the shit. Give her anything that is solely hers, like her clothes and shit, but keep the couches and everything else and dip out with the quickness.

Restraining orders cost money, so I wouldnt do that. Tell dude to give her a vebal restraining order, "STAY THE FUCK AWAY FROM ME OR I WILL CUT OUT YOUR EYEBALLS AND FEED THEM TO YOUR MOTHER" ...or some shit like that, and he gotta have a crazy rabies look on his face

he shouldnt "get her back", thats childesh and immature, and all its going to do is keep her in his life, even more pissed off and even more motivated to retaliate against him.

what he needs to do is protect himself legally by making sure he gets out of the lease cleanly and there is no damage to the apartment, make sure its well documented when he left that the apartment was in good condition; you could even ask the land lord to do a walk through in case she tries to come back and fuck the apartment up. get it in writing, like an email or a letter, saying that she has a fixed amount of time to get all of her stuff or you will leave it outside or get rid of it, like 30 days. that way he cant be sued for throwing her stuff away if she legally abandons it. and just tell him to move on and get the fuck away from her, and ignore that bitch. record all correspondence of threats from her to person or property in case he has to move forward with a lawsuit or restraining order.


"getting her back" is just going to end up with him going to jail, with him owing money, getting his credit ruined, having his name ruined, being sued, and many otehr possible things that are reserved for dumb and immature persons. the goal is to get her out of his life, not to "win" this little retard battle on some little person shit
