I had not seen a minute of this show till about a month ago. Then I watched every episode in like 4 days. I am glad I had never seen the show because I did not have to wait between the seasons and only have a few months too wait for the next season. Might be the best show on right now besides Breaking Bad.

Even though I didn't like much of anything from season 2 & think they're handling the main story poorly, I will check out season 3 for khaleesi & her dragons.

Read the first book & on the second so far, you really get a sense of how much the writers & directors dropped the ball a lot with what they choose to drop/add to the original stories. Rome is still better than this.

No way is Rome better. The one area they dropped the ball last season was with Qarth. Besides, books are always better and there is so much detail and stories some stuff is naturally going to get cut out.

But I hear their breaking book 3 into two seasons which should be better.
