If it was gonna happen, it would have happened when Tampa Bay annihilated them in the Bowl. That was as close as the Raiders have been to being a winner. And that was when the division was weak. Hell, the whole AFC was ass that year.
All I know is both teams need work, but the Raiders always seem to find a way to blow it for themselves. They have the talent to win (and have had the talent for years), but they find ways to make key players become irrelevant. They've always been an undisciplined and disorganized group and I don't see that changing anytime soon. So, who will come out of the slump first is a toss up.

It's been more than 20 years since the Raiders won their last SuperBowl, which means they've been a failure for over 2 decades, going on their 3rd. nah, there were a few decent teams between your last SB and now. But for the most part, you team has been ass for 2 decades, going on 3. Not hate, just realness.
By my standards, yes. By your standards, no. See, the last time my team did well was the same year your team did well (2002), and we beat Oakland that year.
