i didnt understand that until i literally left southeast san diego. like how loud red is as a color. It seemed like, atleast from my old hoods rules, blue was the loud color...cuz everyone in ph/skyline/meadowbrook wore red and even beyond that, the brook was wearing burgandy if im not mistaken
