Lol, they can't argue against facts. I'm waiting for the 2nd round of the negotiations. They're probably having trouble putting together part 2 because they can't find any reliable source to quote besides dude from HBO.

I agree that the site is bias, but if that timeline and info is correct, it looks like there were a lot of questionable things done by Pac and camp. However, I can see why the $10 million per lb overweight stipulation was done. According to the site Floyd/Tony posted, Team Pac initially said his best weight was at 140lbs, and that they couldn't do 147. If Floyd was wanting a 154lb fight, and they (team pac) turn around and agree to a 147lb fight, you want to make sure he comes in at that weight (especially since Floyd missed his weight in a previous bout.)

Like I stated before Mayweather agreed to all of Manny's terms and MANNY walked away from the fight. Mayweather is made out to be the one ducking the fight, but he agreed to fight. The facts show that Mayweather agreed to fight and Manny walked.

That's why Floyd agreed. They both agreed in principle until Pacquiao wanted that weight penalty added and he got his wish. Floyd wanted OSDT added and Pacquiao wasn't cool with it (at the time).

Got damn 206, I know you're biased and loyal to Pacquiao but damn man you're taking it to the extreme. In your eyes, Pacquiao is never at fault.

Just pay attention to the damn timeline man.

After Mosley agreed to random testing, Floyd changed and pulled the 14-day cut off, off of the table. It was random with no cut from there on out.

May 2nd: Mayweather repeats "All cut off dates are off of the table".
May 3rd: Pacquiao allegedly agrees to 14-day cut off.
May 4th: Pacquiao denies accepting the 14 day cut off, stating he'll fight anyone under Commisions rules in the state where they're fighting.
May 4th: Arum confirms Pacquiao's stance on the cut off. It's still at 24 days.
May 20th: Pacquiao states he's willing to give blood as close as two weeks before the fight as long as it's not a lot of blood.
June 2nd: Mayweather says he's taking a vacation

Looks like Floyd may have gotten tired of all of their games. If Floyd said no cut off dates then why were team Pacquiao still going back and forth about 14 or 24 days?

So why even approach Floyd to negotiate a fight if you can't make up your damn mind about accepting OSDT without a cutoff?

Manny needs to be a man and step up and speak for himself instead of letting everyone else do the talking for him.

This proves what I said Manny and Top Rank tried do. They tried to sign the old contract that they walked away from to begin with, and pass it off as the 2nd negotiation. Manny has not agreed to random testing still. Mayweather got sick of the bs and took a vacation.

if mayweather was as bad as he thinks he is, ped's shouldnt even be a factor. floyd is a faggot.
LOL. So is Manny on PED or is it that you hate Mayweather so much that it doesn't matter to you? This is not baseball these fighters are not hitting a base ball they're hitting eachother. Manny needs to agreed to random testing period.

nah man, first off you're taking Fighthype as 100% true even though they are floyd's personal mouthpiece (he's stated numerous times it's the only boxing website he'll do interviews with) and the owners of that site are reeeaaal cozy with the mayweather family. Secondly from that second timeline, all I got from what they posted was that pac's side was ready to go, and floyd wasn't thinking about boxing. It doesn't even matter at that point if pac said full tests, bob arum says 14 day cutoff and michael koncz who knows fuck all says whatever else number. None of that even matters if floyd isn't even willing to box pac or anyone else for that matter.

On top of that, we already know that Greenberg negotiated with Pac's side and floyd's side and floyd didn't want to fight. It's that simple.

First negotiations ended because the two sides couldn't agree to the drug testing (cuttoff date), the second ended because Floyd took the next 16 months off from boxing.

Are you crazy? Either that or Top Rank has you on their payroll as a loyal fan.

May 2nd: Mayweather REPEATS, "All Cut off dates are off of the table".

So why was team Pacquiao even discussing a cut off date?

One day Pacquiao agrees to the 14 day, then he says he doesn't and wants to go by the Commision rules, then he comes out and says "I'm willing to blood test as close as to two weeks", meanwhile Roach says he's out of the negotiations. Arum states it's 24 days.... Koncz doesn't know if Manny said it or not.

Yeah, Pac's side was ready to go, lol

This just shows that Manny didn't agree to random like I said all along. LOL. Manny ready to fight, but when the contracts was in his face he turned the fight down. Mayweather got sick of Manny's games about not being tested and he took a vacation.

It's obvious, that's why Mayweather keeps saying "take the test" because he knows Manny Pacquiao hasn't agreed. He didn't agree when the contract was in his face and he didn't agree (to full random) during the so called 2nd negotiations.

It's obvious, team Mayweather didn't negotiate when team Pacquiao never agreed to the random test. But let 206 tell it, and he'll tell you that team Pacquiao was ready to go and agreed to all of Floyd's demands. lol

^^How can pac agree to any terms if floyd isn't even willing to fight for 16 months? you guys are retarded. Team pac reached out to floyd multiple times to make the fight happen and floyd is MIA. They in turn have to negotiate with someone from Floyd's camp (likely his manager Al Haymon). Floyds only public statement during that time was "he's not thinking about boxing" and that he's on "vacation". smh

You keep trying to use that Floyd vacation as an excuse.

Floyd announced he's going on vacation aftering hearing that Pacquiao hasn't agreed to the full random drug test with no cut off date.

Floyd took a vacation while team Pacquiao argued over cut off dates.

Roach: Pacquiao agrees to all of Mayweathers testing terms with no cut off date.
Arum: No he didn't, we're still standing at 24 days.
Roach: Alright, I'm out of these negotiations.
Pacquiao: I'm going by the comission rules, like I stated during the 1st round of negotiations.
Pacquiao: eh eh, I'm willing to test as close as to 14 days.
Koncz: I need to hear that from Pacquiao
Koncz: Yeah we're all the way down to 7 days now....

Hahahahaha.....

Well why didn't he agree when Floyd was fighting?
Bob Arum Jr will always find a excuse for his boyfriend Manny to walk away from the fight. Contract in front of Manny and he don't want to fight. Mayweather on vacation then Manny want to fight and sign the old contract he turned down in the 1st place.

Great way to summarize it up!! That's what the timeline pretty much did....
