diet is just a fancy word for "i eat alot of one thing"

but basically eat 6 meals a day split up, i posted my workout log on some thread a couple months ago. Right now doesnt really matter what i eat, i try and eat healthy but ive been training in Jiu Jitsu and it doesnt look like it but that shits a workout. last week i lost 5 pounds in 1 day all from just sweating and training.

im in my heavy lifting mode, and fucking with creatine and protein all day. so i dont really stress too much off what I eat. I try and do the sensible shit all week, and sat and sun I usually splurge and get that burger or pizza or whatever I feel like.

honestly, if you stay hitting the gym (weights/cardio), and dont eat donuts and bacon cheeseburgers all day, youll be fine.

Water, protein and vegetables.
Try to stay away from carbs after 7.
Couple meals a day.

Standard stuff.

I hit the gym at least 4 days a week, and I swim a lot, so I don't worry too much about what I eat. If anything I don't eat enough to pack on the muscle I want. 5'9 and 165, minimal body fat. I would like to be about 175. I need the calories...

Are you trying to lose weight or fat? Don't focus on the actual pounds because if you're doing ok at the gym, muscle weight is replacing fat weight. I am the same waist size 32 now @ 175lbs when I was @ 145lbs.

What do you do for cardio? You should switch up whatever you're doing. I used to bike, but then I switched it up to running in the summer and then to the stairmaster which has built up my calves/thighs. Also, if you haven't already, try the keto diet http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=4145823.

the anabolic diet is dope and worked well for me i've lost round 55 pounds

btw no-explode is a waste of money

i usually walk, throw a medicine ball around the park ,ride a bike or walk with a sand bag.i don't like to run because the lifting i do is already enough stress on my joints i max out 2 times a week in a bench variation and a lift that will carry over to the squat and deadlift or maybe work up to a heavy triple i've done this once . every 3-6 weeks i deload really depends on how i feel .im still heavy im around 255 i'd like to drop another 15 pounds but its a little slower while trying to add/maintain strength

i went from 270lbs to 224lbs within 6 months i completely changed my diet and stopped drinkin beer. as for my workout, with the personal trainer: weights, running, push ups/jumping jacks and some other stuff. besides that i walk alot and do push ups/ sit ups. i wanna lift weights at home but i got a 3 year old who gets into everything and i dont want her to get hurt falling on the weights.

Pushups hurt.....ha ha. Naw I did the atkins diet & lost like 60lbs in like 6 months but it had me feeling weak and tired. Of course I gained it back in like 2yrs. Now im ready to loose again. What can I eat to guarantee loose weight? Whats so sad about it is I usually only eat like once a day and steady gaining. Im under 200lbs though and 5'9 but got that beer belly. Think I might just start eating bonless chicken breast and salad everyday.

Simple, just don't eat too much (don't go for extra servings n shit), especially at night. Don't eat, just to eat. That's a big problem after night life, people like hitting up 24/7 Taco shops, Denny's,etc... avoid that. Avoid junk foods. Not that you can't have soda and chips once in a while, but cmon, not everyday. Keep yourself moving and exercise. If exercise like running bores you, go to the mall, beach and just walk around. You'll be burning calories all while looking at chicks.

I haven't tried this, but try using smaller plates and utensils. Try smaller kid forks/spoons and plates. Or just experiement with the smaller utensils. Should force you to eat smaller servings and slower. The slower you eat, the fuller you feel. This might train your body into eating less and feeling just as full. Just an idea, but a good one I think. It's all mental.

I eat clean(no fast food, fried foods, etc.) and train brazilian jiu jitsu 5 days a week in the afternoon and rotate between cardio stuff(running 3 miles, heavy bag work out) and weights every other day in the morning. Try to take the weekends off but I usually feel like shit if I don't get some sort of work out in.

Good shit. That definitely ain't easy at all. Takes a lot of discipline.
