Honestly...there's no big secret to fast weight loss that will last. cutthroat speaks the truth.

There is nothing better than controlling your diet and getting regular exercise. last year in feb i decided to get more muscular, i was 195 i got down to 165, and that only took me until about may. i worked out 3 days a week minimum, doing cardio (either basketball or running or stair climber) and free weights.

Just gotta make sure you stick with it, because if you do lose the weight you will be sure to gain it back if you don't make permanent changes.

I actually obtained a beer belly lol like spice one says 22 and got a beer belly...but yeah i am finna get that taken care of, even though the ladies dont seem to mind it LOL!!

you get stronger and increase your max by lifting heavy ass weights. muscle mass burn ? what are you talking about ? getting cut has to do with diet and calories burned and calories consumed not how many reps you do, if you'er intrested in losing weight using weights then do barbell complexes
this is correct

because it creates a different kind of burn. it's a reputitious burn instead of a muscle mass burn.

even if you're not trying to get cut, it still works better. anyone who isn't an idiot should already know this.

Do this, lift half or even just a third of your max, 100-200 times for a week during your normal work out routine instead of what you normally lift. I bet after that week your max will be higher or atleast it'll be easier for you to put up.
this is not correct

I work out at least 3-4 times a week I have a modest amount of gym equipment at my house but I keep steadily getting bigger especially in the waist area. Alot of it may have to do with my sporadic work schedule that has me eating dinner at like 8:30 2 days a week making me hungry around that time even if i have eaten already. I'm 5,9 185-190 right now, I'd like to be at a steady 170-175. Shits getting harder now that I'm getting older. When I was 22 I weighed like 150 tops. I'm almost 29 and i'm inching towards the 200 club like all my buddies my age. I'm still in pretty good shape, I think I'd be straight if I just cut my portions and stop snacking especially midnight snacking

first of all.. as simple as i can put it.. LOW repetitions of Heavy weights = Faster muscle build up.. High Repetitions of LOW weights = cutting.

If you want to lose weight and build muscle, strenght training is where it's at.

Complete body workout = Squats and Deadlifts. Start out with an empty bar until you get technique down.. dont want to do it wrong and hurt yourself.

Best time to run is early in the morning since your body burns the most calories at this time of the day.

If you hate running, try swimming or biking.. swimming is better.. again it's a complete body workout.

Jogging on hard surfaces (sidewalk, street, dirt road etc.) is not good for your knees in the long run (no pun intended) since our earliest ancestors never jogged when they wanted to escape danger or get somewhere fast, they usually sprinted or ran at a faster pace.

i think we can all agree that everyones body is different.. so one diet plan may work for someone else but not you or vice versa.

don't listen to this , creatine is forced into muscle cells via warter . creatine can aid in rention of muscle
But it doesn't.....

First off Creatine is hard on the liver and kidneys, it's a diuretic...

Creatine gives you a "bloated" look because all it is doing is drawing in water and retaining it for a short period of time. You will lose all the weight after you stop taking it, its all water weight anyway. It doesn't build muscle, it doesn't aid in the repairing of muscle.

There are a lot of bullshit supplements out there that are a waste of money. Creatine, N.O. Boosters, and half the shit that is constantly pimped on bodybuilding.com

With that plan, you'll gain the weight back faster than you lost it unless u deprive yourself and count calories for the rest of your life. Those things dont address the reason as to why you're fat to begin with. Here's a few things that you can do to lose weight effortlessly and keep it off.
Counting calories isn't depriving ones self.... it is very easy to do and maintain.... Things like "Colon Cleansing" isn't addressing a person's obesity... lol Yeah you can do it and lose 05-15 pounds but you will still look the same.... you will still have the same bodyfat percentage... you will weigh a little less but it wont make the fat disappear.

- Water[/B] (Pure water is required for cleansing and weight loss. Not tap or cheap bottled water. Spring water, or water filtered by reverse osmosis. Drink at least 8 glasses, drink one glass immediately after waking up. It'll start your body's cleansing system.)
- Walking (Walk for an hour a day at a normal pace. This will lower your body's weight set point and speed up your metabolism)
- Eat Only Organic Food (Eat whatever you want, as long as it's organic. The supermarket food is filled with chemicals and other things that are designed to get you fat and make you addicted to the food.)
- Colon Cleanse (you can lose up to 30 lbs. just by cleaning your colon, plus it'll speed up your metabolism)
- Liver Cleanse (A clogged liver will also lead to weight problems and low metabolism.)
- Eat A Big Breakfast (Alot of fat people eat a small breakfast or no breakfast at all. Eat a big one every morning with all organic foods.)
- Organic Apple Cider Vinegar (Use only the brand made by Bragg's. If you take a tablespoon of this before or after each meal, you'll lose weight.)
- Toxin Cleanse (self explanatory)
- Unrefined Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil (This is very beneficial to you losing weight. This would be what you would use to cook in. You can use this or Extra Virgin Organic Olive Oil.)
- Grapefruits (There's an enzyme in grapefruits that burns fat)

Of course the weight loss will be slow with the above things. But they'll better your overall health while helping you lose weight.
You sound like one of those conspiracy fanatics with all you talk of organic foods and body cleansing. lol Everything you are suggesting is more of a hassle then just simply counting calories/normal dieting and exercising.

Walking for an hour a day is a waste of time unless your over 50... thats what old people do that have bad hearts or somebody so fat they cant see theri feet. Seriously a young person needs to be hitting their target heart rate for it to be effective.... there is no way a young man is going to hit his target heart rate by only walking unless.... he is either 400lbs, or over the age of 50, or is eternally ill, with cancer or something.

If you want a weight loss plan that's fast and resets your metabolism, then I'd suggest Dr. Simeons' HCG Protocol. This protocol is the cure for obesity. When u finish it, you can eat whatever you want, anytime you want and never worry about gaining weight.
Sounds like a true gimmick...

Eat a big breakfeast? lol what kind of advice is that....what about the rest of the day? No cheap bottle water? lol You got some really wacked out ideas bro.

you'er wrong creatine is a safe effective supplement creatine is in beef, fish, pork, chicken , creatine helps with anearobic training , sprinting , weight training you can do a little more volume not much but maybe a rep or 2 more after your creatine levels are high enough it helps , no2 booster are shit. drink atleast a gallon of warter a day with creatine , regular creatine monohydrate is effective and cheap .
