Don't know if you've seen the Humvees with speakers on them but we use those. They're not being used as much though. We basically try to interact with the population (enemies and civilian). We talk to civilians and try to get a sense for what they need - more schools, water pumps, etc. We also try to get them to give us tips on where insurgents are hiding and stuff like that. PSYOP teams actually get attached to infantry teams, so if the time comes we'll try to get them to surrender. You might have heard of the soldiers playing rock music real loud from their Humvees. Those were PSYOP teams and they used it because the Iraqis hate that kind of music and it distracts them lol.

Actually, for the misinformed [on both sides of the issues, because lord knows you guys are idiots] our economy was largely impacted by the housing crash. George Bush's administration wasn't as giving as past presidential admin's in terms of foreign aid. So to blame that would be retarded.

Basically idiots thought they could afford housing they couldn't took out loans that they couldn't feasibly pay off and greedy banking systems didn't seem to care since they wanted these same idiots to default on their loans. Eventually, this caught up to the economy at large when banks started losing billions of dollars and people got into massive debt.

Even then though. The economy isn't THAT bad. I say we help Haiti. But only because we sort of left them out to dry a few years ago.

TAKE A LOOK AT OUR MILITARY SPENDING AND FOREIGN AID TO COUNTRIES LIKE ISRAEL, THAT IS WHERE YOUR MONEY IS GOING, NOT TO LITTLE AID TO PLACES LIKE HAITI.
