What's wrong with the vans song? The Federation did a song about white tees and then some group from the south did a song about white tees, but the latter got nationwide video and air play.

That crunk shit didn't appeal to anyone except for those in the south when it was first developed. Then, with the help of nationwide exposure, the rest of the country caught on.

So, my question is, why can't that hyphy shit get the same type of exposure?

Okay. Well, check it: On WAX's MySpace, he got a cut with Akon on his hook singing, right? 'Course you right. That by itself don't mean shit. Could be he just got him to do a couple songs for him. BUT...on the Husalah diss song that was put up on here (at the same time they had the WAX interview), Akon on the track talking at the beginning and the end of the shit. He say, "Hey, Bu. I found this cat A-WAX. He going to bring the West back...(yada-yada-yada)...I got a hundred thou on it".
