Wat R Ur Opinion's? Speak On It!!!
I think pretty soon there wil be no record stores. people need to take advantage of this "warning" and build they own websites selling digital copies of they albums, and start building mp3 only stores where people can plug up they mp3 players to computers in the store to download exclusive content only that particular store carries.

people havent realized that everyones computers will die sooner or later or technology will change and they arent gonna back all that music up, more than likely...because free music isnt too important

meaning yeah, everyones gonna have to download that album again at some point..where they get it from however is up to the artist id think to some degree like you say

I'm going to miss physically holding a cd in my hands but we have to roll with the future trends and as a label manager I'm telling all my clients focus on digital now because in a few years thats all there is going to be left. Super stores like Wal Mart and Best Buy really don't make any music off the music they sell, it is more of a extra for them while their large appliances like Refrigerators, and furniture is where they get their main income stream.

We've been saying that since 1999. Hasn't happened yet and the technology has been around since the mid-90s. I think if people are gonna continue to go with CDs, they should at least come up with more creative ways to get product in the hands of their customers.
