50 Cent's hype has drastically died down in the past few years. Now his name is at the top of the list again. Why? Thanks to Rick Ross.
He might have spent a few thousand on those coats, but the attention he is getting because of it is going to increase his record sales by a hundred thousand in return.
50 Cent built his career on this sort of thing. He may not be the most lyrical dude, but he knows how to spark controversy and make millions off ending another rapper's career.
At the end, 50 Cent wins, IMO.

You're making this bigger than what it is, give it a couple of weeks and no one will be talking about this. This "beef" aint that much different than the Buddens/Saigon beef, the only difference is they were both talented enough to keep it on wax....this isn't the first time a rapper has used another mans baby mama in a fued...

50 didn't "son" Cam'ron. Cam'ron gained the upperhand in the beef when he dropped that "Curtis" song and video with various people from NY yelling out "Curtis". It was the rapper Tru Life, who punched Cam in the mouth, that's what ruined him and made him go into "hiding".
The only rapper that 50 had somewhat of a hand in destroying was Ja Rule, and Murder Inc. Any other rapper who roasted him like Jadakiss (who can actually rap) was black balled after they dissed him.

yes we are. Im close to New York so its pretty easy for me to hear whats in they streets. and everybody was yelling Cuuuurtis. They even had the curtis t-shirts with the gorilla rabbit face on the back. basically cam'ron had the upperhand he even helped 50's album not do that well.The streets back dipset no matter what bc they a movement and big trend out there.
