no i think he means that he tried to snort vicodin but they were probably a waste of time because
1. it doesnt do anything...
2. it takes a long time to crush it up AND
3. it burns your nose like hell...

He'd rather just play it safe and get the full effect by snorting oxycontin which is a lot easier to crush it up then vicodin..
